My overall goal is to complete the Marine Corps Marathon under 4 hours. However, I’m trying to pick up my pace and keep improving in hopes to qualify for the Boston Marathon in the next year or so. I have a long way to go and things don’t come easy, but just need to focus and stay dedicated.
It’s been a busy month so I’m trying to squeeze in any runs I can whenever I can. I’m really hoping I can get some time coming up where I can focus on some long runs.

6.13 miles – 7:50 pace
7 miles – 8:30 pace
11.19 miles – 9:19 pace
8 miles – 7:45 pace
