Was going to try the 100, but lack of training and some painful legs decided to do the 50 mile instead! I had some pain around my knee area on the last ultra distance run I did, but didn’t think much of it other than not training as much. However, my legs really started getting painful this time to where I had to start using my arms to help lift my legs over fallen trees and other things. It was painful but I ended up walking about 15 miles like that just so I could finish.
