Trail Run – Post Annual Appointments

My MRI came back with good results. I took a picture of the comparison since one year ago. You can see my big hole in my brain. To celebrate, I started a hiking a new trailhead nearby and realized it connects to the Ride Rail trail out to Alachua Sinkhole so I decided to run out that way. Glad I did as all the missing gators from the last years seem to be back!!

Thank you everyone for the support and now I’ll be heading to Tampa tomorrow to run the Long Haul 100 Ultra-Marathon at Colt Creek this weekend with some other trail junkies!
