UPDATED: Testing New Vest Out – UltrAspire Momentum 2.0

Haven’t paced in a while so I figured I’d practice pacing for 10 miles at an 8:58 Pace.

I also got to test out my new vest (UltrAspire Momentum 2.0) which felt like it took forever to get here, but it was well worth the wait!

So far it’s been great in all the areas I didn’t like about my other vests/packs, but won’t know for sure until I get a lot more distance in.

Update – Testing The Momemtum 2.0 Race Vest by UltrAspire

I have now tested my new Momentum 2.0 vest out on three different marathon distance runs (one 30 miler and two 26.2 marathons) since I got it a few weeks ago and have loved it so far! It’s lightweight, no bouncy bottles and much more. The bottles are on the bottom back so they don’t bounce and rub you . I’ve even tried putting a third bottle in the back pocket located in the middle of the bottles and it felt fine and didn’t really notice it. I put some paper towels in the dry pocket to see how they would do on one of the marathon runs and at the end it was still dry. It has enough storage for my phone, food/nutrition, headlamp, extra bottles and more – while still feeling lightweight when on. We’ll see how well things were made once I use it for the Pinhoti 100 which is less than a month away!

Here’s some of their videos of the vest here:
