30 Mile Training Run – December 29, 2018

Just finished another 30 mile run (12 miles to Running Wild, 16 miles of marathon pacing and 2 recovery miles back home). That makes 3 Saturdays in a row of running 30 mile runs and now time to taper down and rest for the next few weeks. I was definitely feeling fatigued today, especially with maybe 4 hours of sleep last night and not feeling my greatest (which ironically sounds like good training for a 100 miler). Now time to kick back and rest, and hopefully stay awake for the bowl games today. Go Gators!

Total Miles: 30
Total Time:  4:45:55
Average Pace:  9:32
